About JTB Group

Our History

JTB Group was registered and started trading in 2019. Despite the Covid19 pandemic, the company has seen significant growth in revenue, new product lines, additional services, value-added partnerships and a larger customer base in neighbouring countries – demonstrating a unique, in-demand offering for,and satisfaction from over 70 businesses in our target sectors.

Our Team

Founding members, Managing Director Joash David and Operations Manager Peter Hughes, collectively have more than 50 years experience in the engineering and tooling industry. Along with an additional staff complement of seven professionals, the JTB team provide dedicated, efficient and streamlined performance throughout the procurement value chain.

Our Mission

“Take care of your people and your people will take care of you”
-Jeff Whiteman, president and CEO of Empire Southwest.

JTB’s core ethos centres around humanitarianism. After all, it’s people as a collective, community, family or group that makes any successful endeavour possible. Focusing on the human element at all times, enables us to make more meaningful decisions, establish higher levels of integrity and evolve from simply providing – to being compassionate and responsible.

We are acutely aware that through providing work for one employee, we are feeding at least another three people,- therefore, our primary responsibility is to and for, our work ‘family’.

Our Vision

“To be the preferred, specialised, multidisciplinary procurement and logistics partner, to the sectors that we serve.”

Our rapid growth can be attested to our customers’ and suppliers’ trust in us and our commitment to providing solutions to improving their respective pursuits.

“People buy from people that they know, like, and trust”
– Bob Burg, Endless Referrals (Book)

We believe in not only being honest, fair or providing products and services – but rather see ourselves as, dedicated, ethical, partners of choice in the larger business community.
